Lesser Stripe Swallows make a home
Our home is in Port Edward, South Coast
Natal.
We received our very first lesser stripe swallows this
November and are extremely proud of them.
They have made their nest under the front
Veranda roof and in the early morning
we can hear them chirping
away.
The verse from the Gospel of Mathew chapter 10
verses 29-31 has been placed underneath the nest to remind visitors that God cares for us as well as the
common old Sparrow.
I am concerned for the chicks when they are
ready to come out and therefore thinking of erecting a small platform alongside the narrow nest entrance. Do you
think this is a good idea, have you any suggestions or should I just leave them to do their
thing?
God's richest Blessings to you and your family
over the Christmas season
